The current offer
During the current promotion, a new U.S. member can earn a $50 welcome bonus after making at least $50 in qualifying Cash Back purchases within 90 days of joining. The current promotional period is scheduled to end September 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time.
What you need to do
- Join Rakuten as a genuinely new member through the referral link.
- Make at least $50 in qualifying Cash Back purchases within 90 days.
- Keep the purchase; returned, cancelled, or exchanged orders do not count.
- Wait for the store to confirm the order and for Rakuten to issue the bonus.
What may not qualify
Taxes, shipping, gift cards, excluded product categories, and purchases at stores that do not offer Cash Back may not count. Most Amazon purchases are not eligible for Rakuten Cash Back. Always activate the store’s Cash Back offer before checking out.
When the bonus arrives
Rakuten states that referral bonuses are generally paid within 60 days after the qualifying purchase, provided all requirements remain satisfied.
